Mi filosofÃa y práctica
In our world of constant motion and connection, many of us face a quiet paradox: despite unprecedented progress, we are often left grappling with a profound sense of disconnection from ourselves and our purpose.

In my 18 years as a clinical psychologist, I have sat with individuals from all walks of life and have seen this paradox firsthand. I have learned that true psychological well-being is not simply the absence of symptoms, but the presence of meaning. A person can have everything and feel nothing if they lack a reason to get out of bed in the morning.

This has become the core of my professional mission: to practice a psychology that empowers individuals to navigate existential challenges and rediscover their intrinsic will to live a meaningful life.
This conviction is now the driving force behind my work. My current focus is on translating these extensive clinical insights into a rigorous program of research, with the goal of scientifically validating and disseminating new, meaning-centered interventions for suicide prevention. Ultimately, my mission is to provide clinicians with better tools and individuals with a renewed sense of hope and purpose.
